The Crown Guarantee

If a clean is not up to standard, we come back and redo it promptly. If it is still not right, you do not pay for it. That is the whole guarantee, it applies to every job we take on in Sydney, and there is no lock-in contract sitting underneath it.

Satisfaction Guaranteed, Or You Don't Pay.

If something is not up to standard we return and reclean it promptly. No excuses, no back and forth, and no long-term lock-in.

Why we offer it

Almost nobody ever claims it. That is the point.

A cleaning contract is bought on trust and then judged every single week, which is an uncomfortable position for a buyer who has been let down before. Most of them have. The usual answer is a lock-in contract, which solves the cleaner's problem by removing the client's only real lever.

We would rather carry the risk ourselves. Removing the lock-in means the work has to stay good or the client leaves, and putting our own invoice behind that means a slip costs us before it costs you. It also forces the systems to be real: the written scope, the quality checks and the management oversight exist because a guarantee without them would be expensive.

So the guarantee is not a marketing line bolted onto the end of a quote. It is the reason the rest of the operation is set up the way it is.

He checks in regularly to see if there is anything I am not happy with

We have had a wonderful experience using Ryan. He is very reliable, always on time, and checks in regularly to see if there is anything I am not happy with. The house is always amazing when he has been.

What it covers

Every job, every service line, every site. There is no commercial version and residential version, and no tier you have to be on to get it.

A Castle Cleans cleaner running a vacuum attachment over a grey upholstered office chair
  • Every commercial service line, from a single office to a warehouse or a strata building
  • Every residential clean, weekly, fortnightly, monthly or one off
  • Regular scheduled work and one off jobs alike
  • Builders cleans, measured against the handover date rather than a schedule
  • The whole scope of work, not a shortlist of headline tasks
  • No lock-in contract sitting behind any of it

The scope of work agreed for your site is the standard the guarantee is measured against. That is why the scope gets written down before the first clean rather than after the first complaint.

How to claim it

There is no form, no claim number and no evidence to submit. Three steps, and the first one is a phone call.

  1. Tell us what was missed

Call 1800 929 155 or email info@castlecleans.com.au. You are talking to the people who run the business, not a ticket queue, so you explain it once.

  2. We come back and redo it

Promptly, and against the scope of work agreed for your site rather than against an opinion. No arguing about whether it was in the price.

  3. If it is still not right, you do not pay

That is the part most guarantees leave out. It is also the reason the first two steps are taken seriously.

Frequently asked questions

What does the Crown Guarantee actually cover?

The work, on every job. If any part of a clean is not up to the standard set out in your scope of work, we return and reclean it promptly. It applies whether the site is a workplace or a home, and whether the job is a regular service or a one off.

How do I raise something that is not right?

Call 1800 929 155 or email info@castlecleans.com.au and tell us what was missed. You are dealing with the people who run the business, not a ticket queue, so there is no form to fill in and nobody asking you to explain it twice.

Does it apply to homes as well as workplaces?

Yes. Commercial and residential, regular services and one off cleans, all carry the same guarantee. There is no separate residential policy.

Is there a lock-in contract?

No. There is no long-term lock-in on any site. The guarantee is what holds the arrangement together instead, which only works if the standard holds. That is the point of offering it.

Does it apply to a builders clean or a one off?

Yes. A builders clean has a handover date rather than a schedule, so the reclean happens against that deadline. Otherwise the guarantee reads the same.

What stops a clean falling short in the first place?

Every site runs on a written scope of work with a frequency against each task, so no cleaner is working from memory. Management runs quality checks and reviews performance, which is what catches a slip before you have to. The guarantee is the backstop, not the system.
