What we collect

We only collect what we need to answer your enquiry and quote your job. When you fill in a form on this site, we collect:

• Your name.
• Your phone number.
• Your email address, if you choose to give it. It is optional on both forms.
• The name of your business or building, on the quote form.
• Your suburb, if you choose to give it. It is optional.
• A few details about the site and the job, such as the type of site, how often you want it cleaned, and anything you type into the free-text box.

We do not ask for your street address on the form. We do not collect payment details through this website. We do not ask for any information we do not need to call you back and price the work.

How we collect it

We collect this information only when you give it to us, by filling in the quote form or the contact form and submitting it, or when you call or email us directly. We do not collect it any other way.

Why we collect it, and how we use it

We use your information for one thing: to respond to your enquiry. That means calling or emailing you back, arranging a site walkthrough, preparing your quote, and carrying out the cleaning if you go ahead.

We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking you first.

We do not sell your information

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Full stop.

Who else can see it

To run the website and get your enquiry to us, a small number of trusted service providers handle your information on our behalf:

• Our website host (Cloudflare). This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes your form submission so it can reach us.
• Our email delivery service (Resend). When you submit a form, your details are sent to us by email through Resend. If you gave us your email address, Resend also sends you a short confirmation that we received your enquiry.
• Our email provider (Google Workspace). Your enquiry lands in our business inbox, which runs on Google Workspace.
• Our map on the Areas we cover page (OpenStreetMap). That page shows an interactive map of our service area. The map images are loaded from OpenStreetMap. To send those images to your browser, OpenStreetMap receives your device's IP address, as any website you load an image from does. It is used only to serve the map. The map is optional: the same page lists every suburb we cover in plain text, and the postcode checker works without it.

Some of these providers store or process information on servers outside Australia, including in the United States, and OpenStreetMap serves its map images from servers overseas, including in Europe. By sending us an enquiry through this site, or by viewing the map on the Areas we cover page, you understand that your information may be handled overseas by these providers for the purpose of getting your message to us or showing you the map. We only use them to run the website, show the service area map, and handle our email.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and it does not run website analytics that identify you. We are not watching how you move around the site.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and, if you become a customer, to provide the service and keep our normal business records. When we no longer need it, we remove it. You can also ask us to delete it sooner, as set out below.

Seeing, correcting, or removing your information

You can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you,
• correct it if it is wrong, or
• delete it.

Just email info@castlecleans.com.au or call 1800 929 155 and we will sort it out. There is no charge for asking.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No system is ever completely secure, but we only collect what we need and we only share it with the providers listed above.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
