A builders clean is priced per stage rather than per week, because it is a program with a handover date at the end of it rather than a recurring service. The number comes from the site size, the stage of completion and how much detail the handover requires.

What is the difference between a builders clean and a detail clean?
The builders clean takes construction dust off every surface once the trades are off site. The detail clean is the pass after it: paint and silicone residue, joinery inside and out, bathrooms and kitchens brought up to presentation standard.
Can you work to our program?
Yes. We work backwards from the handover or settlement date and schedule the stages around the trades still on site, including weekends where a program needs it.
Do you clean new builds, renovations and commercial fit outs?

Do you take the rubbish away?
