How hospitality cleaning pricing works

Pricing follows covers rather than floor area alone: how many people the venue seats, how many services it runs, and whether the kitchen is on the scope as well as the floor. We walk the venue between services and price what is there.

Common hospitality cleaning schedules. The right one depends on trading pattern and is settled at the site visit.
Frequency Typically suits What a visit covers
Nightly, after close Restaurants, pubs and venues trading seven days Full scope after close, including floors, front of house, bar surrounds, bathrooms and bins
Daily, before open Cafes and breakfast venues that close early Full scope before service, so the floor, glass and amenities are done for the first customer
Two or three times a week Function venues and part week traders Full scope on service days, with bathrooms and bins kept on top of between visits
Periodic Any venue, alongside one of the schedules above Detailed kitchen work, external glass, pressure washing of entries and outdoor areas

How we keep it consistent

Consistency is built into the system, not left to chance. This is the part most cleaning companies leave to whoever is rostered on.

A written scope, per site

Every area and task is listed and given a frequency, so every cleaner works the same checklist and nothing depends on memory.

Quality checks and management oversight

We review performance and address issues before they escalate, so you are never chasing cleaners or re-explaining expectations.

What is included in a hospitality clean

This is the standard scope for a venue. Kitchen work is scoped separately from front of house, because the two are inspected against different standards and should not be lumped into one line on a quote.

  • Dining floors, entries and outdoor seating areas
  • Tables, bench seating and service stations
  • Bar surrounds, floors and drainage grates
  • Kitchen floors, walls and splashbacks
  • Stainless benches, shelving and equipment exteriors
  • Cool room and dry store surrounds
  • Customer and staff bathrooms
  • Internal and external glass, including entry doors
  • Rubbish and waste removal, and bin area washdown

Food contact surfaces and equipment interiors stay with your kitchen team. Where the two schedules meet is written into the scope so nothing falls between them.

Frequently asked questions

How much does hospitality cleaning cost?

It depends on how many the venue seats, how many services you run, and whether the kitchen is on the scope as well as the floor. We confirm the rate after a walkthrough between services, so you pay for the venue you actually run.

When do you clean?

Outside service hours, either after close or before open, whichever fits your trading pattern. Nobody is cleaning around a service, and you are not paying staff to wait for us to finish.

Do you clean the kitchen as well as front of house?

Yes, and the two are scoped separately. Floors, walls, splashbacks, stainless and equipment exteriors are ours. Food contact surfaces and equipment interiors stay with your kitchen team, and the boundary is written down.

Can you work around a late close and an early open?

Yes. Venues with a short window are common and the scope is built to fit it, with the periodic work moved to a quieter day rather than crammed into a two hour gap.

Are your cleaners background checked and insured?

Both. Every cleaner completes a background check and provides a current police clearance certificate, and we carry public liability insurance covering you and your premises.

How do you keep the standard consistent?

Every area and task is written into a scope of work with a frequency against it, so nothing depends on who is rostered on. Management runs quality checks and reviews performance, which is what keeps a venue inspection ready rather than inspection anxious.

Do you cover my area?

We are based in Kellyville and work across Sydney. Send the venue address with your enquiry and we will confirm coverage before the site visit.

Is there a lock-in contract?

No. There is no long-term lock-in. The Crown Guarantee covers the work instead: if something is not up to standard we return and reclean it promptly, or you do not pay.
