How house cleaning pricing works
Unlike commercial work, house cleaning starts from a published rate, because most homes are close enough in shape to price from the number of rooms. The estimate below is the starting point. Final pricing is confirmed at a short in person assessment, obligation free, because room size and the level of cleaning a home needs both move the number.

Every clean runs on the Royal Package, a room by room checklist we work from rather than a general idea of what a clean looks like. The full checklist comes with every visit, so you can see exactly what was done and what was not.

- Bathrooms, including shower, bath, toilet, vanity and mirrors
- Bedrooms, including furniture, bedside tables, mirrors and general straighten up

Frequently asked questions
How much does house cleaning cost?
Pricing is based on the number of rooms and the services you choose, starting from $135 a week for a three bedroom, one bathroom home. The exact cost moves with room size, the level of cleaning required and any specific requests, and it is confirmed at a short in person assessment, obligation free.
Do I need to be home while you clean?
No. We can clean while you are out, and everything is locked up and secure when we finish. Access arrangements are agreed before the first clean.
Are your cleaners background checked and insured?
Both. All of our cleaners complete thorough background checks and are required to submit current police clearance certificates, which matters more in a home than anywhere else, and we hold public liability insurance, so both you and your property are covered in the event of accidental damage or injury during a clean.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. We bring high quality vacuums, microfibre cloths, all-purpose cleaners, disinfectants and glass cleaner. If you would rather we used your own products, leave them out and tell us at the assessment.
Can I customise what gets cleaned?
Yes. Rooms and tasks can be added or removed and the price moves with them. There are a few things we do not take on, such as heavy duty repairs or anything needing specialised equipment, and we will tell you rather than leave it vague.
How do you handle pets?
Our team are pet lovers, but we would rather your pets were outside or in one room during the clean, so we can do the best job we can and so they stay out of the way of equipment.
How do I pay, and is there a contract?
Invoices are emailed and can be paid by bank transfer or card. There is no lock-in. Every clean is covered by the Crown Guarantee: if something is not up to standard we return and reclean it promptly, or you do not pay.
