This is the standard scope. Anything specific to your building goes on the list at the site visit and is written into the scope, so it happens every visit rather than when someone remembers.

How much does office cleaning cost?
There is no list price. We quote after a ten minute walkthrough, on the size of the site, how heavily it is used and how often it needs cleaning, so nobody is paying for a package that was costed over the phone.
Do you clean offices after hours?
Yes. Most office work is scheduled outside your operating hours, so the clean is finished before staff arrive and nobody is working around a vacuum. Daily, weekly and custom schedules are all available, and the times are set at the site visit.
Are your cleaners background checked and insured?
Both. All of our cleaners complete thorough background checks and are required to submit current police clearance certificates, and we hold public liability insurance, which protects both you and your property in the event of accidental damage or injury during a clean.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. We bring commercial vacuums, microfibre cloths, all-purpose cleaners, disinfectants and glass cleaner. If your site requires a specific product, tell us at the site visit and we will use it.
How do you keep the standard consistent?
