Medical centre cleaning in Sydney
Castle Cleans handles medical centre cleaning for practices across Sydney, dental surgeries and allied health clinics included. Reception, waiting rooms, consulting and treatment rooms, amenities and staff areas, all to a written checklist, so the standard is the same on every visit.
Backed by the Crown Guarantee, measured against your written scope of work.
How medical centre cleaning pricing works
Pricing follows the number of consulting and treatment rooms, the patient load the site carries, and how often it needs servicing. A three room practice and a twelve room centre are different jobs, so we walk the site and price what is actually there.
| Frequency | Typically suits | What a visit covers |
|---|---|---|
| Daily | Busy general practices, dental surgeries and multi practitioner centres | Full scope after the last appointment, including treatment rooms, waiting room, amenities and bins |
| Two or three times a week | Allied health clinics and part time practices | Full scope on service days, with waiting room and amenities kept on top of between visits |
| Weekly | Single practitioner rooms and quieter suites | Full scope once a week, with consumables checked and replenished |
| Periodic | Any site, alongside one of the schedules above | Carpet steam cleaning, internal and external glass, and detailed amenity work |
How we keep it consistent
Consistency is built into the system, not left to chance. This is the part most cleaning companies leave to whoever is rostered on.
A written scope, per site
Every area and task is listed and given a frequency, so every cleaner works the same checklist and nothing depends on memory.
Quality checks and management oversight
We review performance and address issues before they escalate, so you are never chasing cleaners or re-explaining expectations.
What is included in a medical centre clean
This is the standard scope for a clinical site. Anything your practice requires on top of it, including any product you are required to use, goes into the written scope at the site visit and then happens every visit.
- Reception areas and front desks
- Waiting rooms and public seating
- Consulting rooms and patient treatment rooms
- Procedure and recovery rooms
- Bathrooms and patient toilets
- High touch points, including door handles, light switches and hand rails
- Kitchenettes and staff facilities
- Lobbies, corridors and lift areas
- Rubbish and waste removal, and consumables replenished
Frequently asked questions
How much does medical centre cleaning cost?
It depends on the number of consulting and treatment rooms, the patient load, and how often the site needs servicing. We confirm the rate after a short walkthrough, so you pay for the rooms and the frequency you actually have.
Do you clean dental surgeries and allied health clinics as well?
Yes. General practices, dental surgeries, physiotherapy and allied health rooms and multi practitioner centres are all sites we service, along with the shared lobbies and amenities around them.
When do you clean, given we run appointments all day?
After the last appointment, or before the first, whichever suits the practice. Cleaning is scheduled outside consulting hours so nobody is working around equipment and no patient is walking past a mop bucket.
Are your cleaners background checked and insured?
Both. Every cleaner completes a thorough background check and provides a current police clearance certificate, which matters in a site holding patient records and clinical stock, and we hold public liability insurance protecting both you and your premises in the event of accidental damage or injury during a clean.
Can you use the products our practice requires?
Yes. We bring commercial vacuums, microfibre, all-purpose cleaners, disinfectants and glass cleaner as standard. If your practice is required to use a specific product, tell us at the site visit and we will use it instead.
How do you keep the standard consistent?
Every site runs on a written scope with a frequency against each task, so no room depends on someone remembering it. Management runs quality checks and reviews performance, and issues are dealt with before they become a pattern.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. There is no long-term lock-in. The Crown Guarantee covers the work instead: if something is not up to standard we return and reclean it promptly, or you do not pay.
